Refund Policy

At Super Healthy Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@superhealthycare.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Used skincare products or opened wellness items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order separately.
